How do you make an interesting one minute Short from source material with possibilities as well as pitfalls? Can you bring snippets to life with a bit of PC editor TLC?
Hi folks, I quite like the challenge of making, what I think, might be an interesting short, using music and music related interviews/documentary source material. A bitesize format provides an opportunity to show valuable insights that are sometimes lost due to lack of time.
I was asked a while back about how I particularly go about making them so here I have tried to show some of my though processes as I go. So here it is.
If I can get a Short over 1K, 10K, 100k views or even a million views from a crappy £15 computer off eBay, then why cant you?
I also find it quite amusing to poke the YT algorithm and bend it to my will, look closely and you might get some tips ; ).

NB The source material used for this exercise is Pete Townshend interviewed about the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, a British concert film hosted by the Rolling Stones with invited guests, filmed Dec 1968.
