This is a video all about the construction of my latest wool coat, where I show you how to make fitting adjustments such as a narrow shoulder adjustment and a bicep adjustment. I am using the sewing pattern Vogue V9133 which is an easy to sew blazer but I have turned it into a wool winter coat by adding a lining and sewing a horsehair canvas as interfacing to the lapels, rather than using fusible. This coat was made over a number of days which you will see due to the shifts in lighting and outfits. This shows you step by step how to make a coat using tailoring techniques.
