I'm starting 2020 with some goal setting and visualisation. At this time of year many of us take the time to reflect on how the last year has gone and what we would like to bring into the new year. For me that means setting goals and writing them down.
As a visual learner I felt that this year instead of simply writing a list and tucking it away in that back of a planner I would create a vision board and place it somewhere I would see it every single day.
It's said that if we see our goals we are more likely to focus on them and to stick to them so for todays video I'll be walking you through the making of my vision board, sharing my goals and giving tips on how to set your own goals and stick to them.
