I talk about how much tulle I used at 12:34 and 13:01. One bolt is enough for this length and number of layers, but yours may vary depending on the length and number of layers you use. I used around 30m of tulle and around 4m each of lining and satin, but again yours might vary depending on the length and fullness of your skirt and the width of the fabric.
