You'll notice that the spreadsheet template I included in the link above is for sampling pizzicato. This is a better version of the same template. After I filmed this video, I went back and sampled the pizzicato using the same principle and I refined some of the spreadsheet stuff.

USEFUL REAPER SCRIPTS
The REAPER script I used to group all of the tracks vertical (but not horizontally):
