Here is the breakdown of materials needed.

2 - Slalom Water Skies cut to 46" in length
Flat Black Spray Paint ( optional )
20 ft. of 1 3/4" Exhaust Pipe
16 - 1 1/2" 3/8 Bolts
16 - 3/8 Nuts
16 - 3/8 Flat Washers
5 - 2 1/2 x 3" Gauge Flat Plates with 3/8 holes drilled. ( 4 holes per plate )
22" x 28" x 3/4 " Plywood
32 1 1/4 " Screws
Cut the Exhaust pipe into
4 - 4 ft. sections and
3 - 12 1/2 " sections for the cross pieces.
2 - 12 " sections for the weights.
Also, one hook for the Front pull.
