An easy way to make a paper whistle is shown here. To make it you no need special tools or materials. You just need a page from you note book, glue. As tool you need one pencil, a knife/scissor and a small piece of plastic stripe. The main thing here is you need patience to let the paper fully dry.
By changing the diameter or the length of the tub you can make different sound.
