Here are all the commands used, with a little more explanation:
//chunk - selects the current chunk
//copy - copies the selection to the clipboard
//schematic save [name] - saves the clipboard to a file (schematic)
//schematic load [name] - loads a schematic into the clipboard
//paste -o - pastes the clipboard at its original location
/ascend [n] - teleports upwards 'n' levels
/descend [n] - teleports downwards 'n' levels
//replace [block] [new_block] - overwrites all matching blocks in the selection
//set air - sets the selection to air
//kill - kills the player
Nether superflat preset:
64*minecraft:air,4*minecraft:bedrock,28*minecraft:lava,95*minecraft:air,1*minecraft:bedrock,64*minecraft:air;minecraft:nether_wastes;
