Today’s tutorial is how to make an old fashion sugar bowl. Sugar bowls are wonderful for supporting a current relationship, reconciling the lost love, or even trying a new love with specific characteristics.

Unlike jar work sugar balls are meant to be adopted, change, added to, and subtracted from as the situation develops. They are worked by being kept in a warm place like the back of the stove and periodically shaken. They are also a good source for a little pinch of magic to be added to food that you serve yourself or your beloved, or that can be used another magical workings.

For this work you will need;

– a paper
– a non-toxic red pen
– cinnamon
– star anise
– nutmeg
– saffron
– allspice
- food grade dried roses
– Vanilla beans
– dried apples
– white sugar
