How to make a heart garland. Cute fabric heart banner.

Get your fabric scraps out & put them to use in this adorable fabric heart banner. This garland will brighten up any space & sews up fast.

Here's what you'll need:
-heart pattern (draw your own)
-scraps of fabric & cotton batting (optional)
-ribbon or small straps of fabric (21" total in 3" lengths)
-6ft of 2" strips of fabric (or bias tape)
