NewYork–Presbyterian is proud to present “Ask a Doctor” with Sesame Street! Cookie Monster is so excited for Halloween and can’t wait to eat the candy he receives! Pediatrician Dr. Gopi Desai reminds him that if he wants to have enough energy for trick-or-treating, it’s always important to have a healthy snack like yogurt or carrots beforehand and to have a candy plan ready. By having a candy plan, you can take care of your body and your candy will last longer!
