Yellow Cake Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 T baking powder
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 T vanilla extract
1 cup milk, room temperature

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two donut pans with cooking spray
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, beating after each addition. Add in vanilla and combine. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with the dry.
4. Divide batter between the two pans, then bake for 25-30 min.

Buttercream Frosting Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
2-3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add milk to reach desired consistency
