After visiting London and Paris I was inspired by all of the floral displays. So I decided to up my balcony appeal by covering it with flowers. I worked in steps - greenery, hanging flowers, flower bouquets, filler flowers, lights and flower garlands. It took 5 trips to Michaels and too much money to create. But now it definitely has curb appeal. In this video I share tips as I create each step.
