In this video I'll show you how to make a potion to protect you from the perils. You'll need an ice cold cauldron and the following ingredients...

- Ice cubes
- African fire berries
- Phoenix ash
- Nesset blood
- A Kelapine heart

Then top up your cauldron with some pure water and stir your mixture and bottle some. Apply the potion your body to fully protect yourself from heat and fire.
