I love to make felt garlands for any occasion and party. They're so simple and fun! And lately, I've been making garlands for my friends to take to the hospital for the Birth Day of their baby. Wrap the garland around the baby bassinet or hang it above the hospital bed, and give your celebration some color! The nurses will be smiling for days.
