Here is an easy tutorial on how to make a facecam border (Webcam template) using simple editing software.

You will need PowerPoint - or another piece of software that allows you to insert and edit shapes. You will also need Paint.net that can be downloaded here for free: download.cnet.com/Paint-NET/3000-2192_4-10338146.html

And you will of course, need some video editing software such as Sony Vegas, After effects etc to actually make your videos.
