This is my first wood turning experience. I wanted to buy a lathe and I did just in time for the challenge. I waited to start turning because I wanted my first turning to be special and this challenge is special to me! Hope you like what I made because I do. This ornament was made with ash and walnut. Thanks goes out to Alan Straton with As Wood Turns and Carl Jacobson with The Wood shop for hosting this challenge. I want to thank all of the sponsors for this event.
