Recipe:

Base and colors: 2.5 parts US floetrol + 1 part acrylic paint (I used shuttle art)

Cell Activator: I used 2 parts Oxide Black from Amsterdam + 1 part water + 1 part of US floetrol (more water if it doesn’t sink, more paint if it sinks too fast)
