Uncle Scott makes a BLT. We cook bacon in a 14" De Buyer Mineral B carbon steel pan, then toast up some home made bread, slather on some mayonnaise, add lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper, slice it up, and chow down on a delicious home made BLT sandwich.
