Who needs green beer on St. Paddy’s Day when you can have edible pots of gold instead?! In addition to the rainbow and gold candy on top, this cookie treat has the extra surprise of more gold sweetness inside! Assemble it completely to share with guests, or leave the pot in pieces and invite guests to personalize their own. (Note: This project is a riff on my Halloween cookie cauldrons, video link below.)
