No matter which way you bite into it or cut it, there will be a hidden pokeball in the cupcake! I loved this idea and I'm glad it turned out great.

You can use any cupcake recipe for the cupcake itself, maybe chocolate would've been a better idea so you can see the pokeball better but it's completely up to you :)

Pokeball Cupcake Batter Recipe:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 3/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- red and black food coloring

Cupcake batter :
(You can use any cupcake batter or flavor that you prefer)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extrct
- 2 tbsp milk
