How to make 1.5V battery tester @ThomasKim

I made 1.5V battery tester made by modifying a DC 300V panel voltmeter.
The measured voltage can be changed by changing the series resistance of the voltmeter.
For accurate test, load resistor must be connected.(50~100ohm)
It can be conveniently used in places where batteries are used in large quantities.
