In this video I demonstrate how you can knit 1-row stripes when working flat (such as in a cardigan) without having to cut the yarn each time. I use this technique in a couple of my designs, including:
- Layla cardign: elizabethsmithknits.com/product/layla
- Sporty 45 cardigan: elizabethsmithknits.com/product/sporty-45-cardigan

I also demonstrate how I join a new color when working flat. I hope you find it helpful!

The yarn I use in this demo is Ewe Ewe Yarn's "Ewe So Sporty" in the wheat and orange peel colorways: eweewe.com/collections/yarns/products/ewe-so-sporty-merino-yarn
