How to Install Unapproved Apps on an iPhone Without (non) Jailbreaking (Kodi) iOS 9.3 (IPA or DEB)
Comment below if you tried other apps. I will try test them and link them at the bottom of this description.

Tools Needed
-Mac
-Ios device
-usb cable
-Xcode - goo.gl/c3C9hx
-iOS App Signer - goo.gl/jdgLvq
- DEB or IPA file in this case Kodi App - goo.gl/NUuc4y
-iOS ID
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Instructions
1. In Xcode on the menu bar click on Xcode then Preference, on accounts add your apple account
3. Open a new Project in Xcode (file then new project)
-Pick single view
-Name = name of app (doesn't really matter)
-Organization name = your name
-Organization Identifier = yourname (no spaces)
-Language = swift
-Device = universal
then click next and save it anywhere you want.
4. click "Fix Issue" on the page that appears, (if it doesn't fix then chose your team name which should be your name)
5.Open iOS App Signer
6. In iOS App Signer
-Browse for the app
-Signing Certificate choose your name
-Provisioning Profile choose the one with the app name of the project created
7. Press start and save with whatever name you want and wherever you want it.
8. Back to Xcode
-On the menu bar click on Window then Devices
9. Select your device and there should be a small plus sign click it and browse for the app.
10. In your device you need to allow the app to run by letting it trust the developer (which is you in this case)
-Open Settings then General then Scroll down to "Device Management"
-Click on your name
-Click on trust
11. Open the app and enjoy
