- Caulk Gun
- Adhesive
-Two Tubes of Sealant
- Tape Measure
- Staple Gun
- Sill Plate Gasket
- Level
- Carpenters Square
- Shims
- Drop Cloth
- Pencil
- Utility Knife
- 3/16” Drill Bit
- Bit Holder Extension
- Driver Bit
- 1 ¼" Stainless or Zinc Plated Truss Head Screws
- Hole Saw
- 2 ½” Construction Screws
- Lumber
