Step 1: Downgrade Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord to v1.2.12
Step 2: Download the mod: nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/7748?tab=files

Step 3: Extract the the .zip files into the Modules folder of Bannerlord: G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules

Step 4: Run PowerShell as Administrator and paste this command (replace C:\Games\Mount & Blade 2 - Bannerlord\Modules with your own path): Get-ChildItem "C:\Games\Mount & Blade 2 - Bannerlord\Modules" -Recurse -Include *.dll | Unblock-File

Step 5: Run the game
Make sure you have the following mods in this order:
Harmony
BetterExceptionWindow
ButterLib
UIExtenderEx
Mod Configuration Menu v5
Native
Sandbox Core
Sandbox
StoryMode
Custom Battle
Birth and Aging Options
LOTR_Map
LOTRLOME_Armory
Alliance.Wargs
LOTRAOM
