This tutorial shows you the easiest way to install SimCity 4 regions downloaded from Simtropolis or other online forum sources using SC4Mapper.

There are a couple of examples here, using both grayscale JPEGs and .SC4M files. I also demonstrate how to easily edit config.bmp files to customize the city tiles in your regions.

It's a super easy process that anyone can do!
