Today I'll show how to install shaders and optifine for Minecraft 1.18.2!

In this video, I will show you how to install Shaders and Optifine for Minecraft 1.18.2! With the release of Minecraft 1.18.2, we got an Optifine 1.18.2 after just three days! This first release already supports shaders. Normally this takes a while, but not this time, as we got a version with shader support pretty quickly!
In this video I will show you how to install Optifine 1.18.2, depending on when you're watching this, you might need to download a pre-release of Optifine 1.18.2. Of course, you also want to use shaders in the new Minecraft 1.18.2 update, so I'll show you how to install Optifine for Minecraft 1.18.2 with Minecraft 1.18.2 Shaders!
Apart from showing you how to install optifine for Minecraft 1.18.2, I will also show you how to download and install shaders for Minecraft 1.18.2 and even help you fix issues with the Optifine installation.
The Minecraft 1.18.2 shaders used in this video are Sildur's Enhanced Default shaders, which look great, and also work on almost any PC. If you are having trouble running Sildur's shaders for 1.18.2 though, make sure to check out my other videos on low end shaders for Minecraft 1.18.2 and older.

With the release of Minecraft 1.18.2 we also quickly got a Forge 1.18.2 version! We usually have to wait awhile for Forge 1.18.2 to be released, but this time Forge was updated in a matter of two days! In this video, I will show you how to install Forge 1.18.2, but since this is an early Forge version, its a little harder to install.
Of course, if you want to use mods in Minecraft 1.18.2 update, youll have to install Forge 1.18.2! The 1.18.2 Forge installer will be a .jar file, so to run it you need Java. Because for some people, the file association is set incorrectly, they will need to run a program called Jarfix to fix this. Apart from showing you how to install Forge Minecraft 1.18, I will also show you how to fix the file association of the Forge Minecraft 1.18.2 installer after you install Java!

In this video I will show you how to download and how to install Fabric for Minecraft 1.17 as well as how to install Fabric mods for Minecraft 1.17! Fabric 1.17 will allow you to use 1.17 mods that require the Fabric Mod loader. The 1.17 fabric mod I used in this video is called Croptopia, but you can use this tutorial for literally any other Fabric mod. On top of showing you how to install Fabric 1.17 I will also show you how to install Fabric API 1.17, which is required to use some Fabric mods. There are also two cosmetic resource packs in this video, which will change the way trees look!
I recommend installing Optifine 1.16.4 when using most of these best 1.16.4 texture packs, since most of these resource packs have features that are only enabled when using Optifine.
