In this video I show you how to install a funn direct mount stem to your mountain bike handlebars or your sur ron handle bars. In my case I have a ProTaper 3 inch rise bar for my sur ron. the diameter of the bars are for the (RSX Direct Mount Stem (31.8mm Bar Clamp)) The one that i ordered incorrectly that doesnt fit is the: (Funn RSX Direct Mount Stem (35mm Bar Clamp)) this is for bigger bars. You will need some carbon spacers to attached to the head tube of the fork/suspension. In my case, i have the rockshox boxxer select front fork. This should also work with the stock sur ron rst fork, or the Fox 40 fork. You will need a 5mm allen wrench and a 4mm allen wrench, that should be all you need.

The Funn RSX direct mount stem is precision CNC manufactured from 6061 alloy to provide a lot of support and rigidity, while keeping the weight as low as possible.
It is designed to mount directly on top of the triple clamp, delivering the most precision when steering and up-swing angle design reduces bar pressure from falling straight forward to the lower bolts to the stem pieces, resulting a sturdier stem.
