I hadn't really used #FreeDOS all that much, but I had a bunch of laptops lying round so I decided to give it a whirl. I'm glad I did. It's a great, super fast operating system with tons of great software - even Internet apps!
So I decided to throw this quick video together to show you how to install FreeDOS by putting the installation image to a USB stick with #balenaetcher . I then install FreeDOS and try out some of the built in apps.
There's a quick howto in order to help you copy all the apps over from the USB stick onto the hard drive which will help someone else out that had the same problem as me with getting the software onto their machine!
