In this video, Katie and I install a set of Tein Flex-Z coilovers on our Scion FR-S. Coilovers are a great way to enhance the look and performance of a car by lowering the center of gravity end reducing wheel gap. The Tein Flex-Z coilovers are three way adjustable with adjustments for ride height, preload, and dampening.
For this project, it is helpful to have a second person, especially when it comes to removing the old struts from the vehicle. It was nice spending the day with my wife and helping her with her car. We installed these on her FR-S, but the process will be fairly similar no matter what car you are working on.
