DaVinci Resolve how to uninstall clean install on Linux
Updating DaVinci Resolve on Linux is not always as simple as clicking “Update” — especially on unsupported distros like Arch Linux. In this video, I walk through completely removing the old version, cleaning up leftover files, installing the new release, and fixing the library conflicts that prevent DaVinci Resolve from launching after the update.
The same steps apply to both the free and Studio versions of DaVinci Resolve.
