In this package you need to burn the "supercic-lock.hex" file to the PIC

How to burn the PIC? - I use a GQ-4X for all chips with an external 9V power supply for steady reliable burning. Don't rely on the USB cable for power.

Resistor values for LED -
Green can be anything from 100 to 220 ohm.
Red is best at 2K Ohm as it then shows Orange and Red properly.
