In this video, I show you step by step how I installed an 8088 Dual Kitchen Sink Proportioner for dispensing dish detergent and liquid sanitizer in a commercial kitchen.
This dual chemical dispensing system connects to the water supply and automatically dilutes concentrated chemicals as they are dispensed. Separate controls allow the user to fill the wash sink with diluted dish detergent and the sanitizing sink with properly mixed sanitizer.
IN THIS INSTALLATION:
• Choosing the mounting location
• Mounting the proportioner
• Connecting the water-supply hose
• Connecting the detergent and sanitizer lines
• Routing the chemical pickup tubes
• Checking the fittings for leaks
• Testing both dispenser controls
• Confirming the chemical dilution
