This is a short exercise to see if you have the most common negative belief that people have about themselves.
[TRANSCRIPT]:
Beliefs are deeper than thought, and thought is deeper than emotion.
What is emotion?
Emotion is a physiological response to our thinking.
And so if we're tinkering with beliefs that resonate with you, that are true to you, you're going to feel it.
You're going to feel it somewhere in your body.
Take a deep breath and say, I'm not good enough. So what happened there?
Either the words were flat as if you said, "I am the color blue," and it didn't make any sense at all, and you didn't feel anything in your body.
Now, if you do have it, if you had that deep feeling somewhere, maybe in your throat or your chest – that heaviness, congratulations! You're human!
It's okay. This is what humans do.
You're normal.
