Important: This tutorial does not apply to CECH-3XXX and newer models!
Today's tutorial I show you how to host PS3Xploit V2 locally so you can jailbreak your compatible PS3 model without having it freeze. This method is so much better than trying to visit an online website where it does have the chance of freezing your system, and just delaying the overall process.
Once you have successfully run the exploit, you can then install CFW of your choice, convert the system to DEX if you wish, and install .pkg files of your choosing. Enjoy!

This tutorial was made per youtube subscriber tutorial request. This is the .PKG method.
Important thing to note is not all PSP games are compatible will work, so it will be hit or miss. Its possible that extra codes may need to be required or special eboot fixes to make certain games work.

Note about alternative method:
1) Install PSP Launcher from store.brewology.net.
2) Copy the PSP ISO file to PSPISO folder on the PS3 either thru FTP or USB.
3) Play iso via webman mod or multiman.

Note: This is what worked for me, but if you didnt need to do this, then great!
Todays tutorial I will show you a simple tip that will make it easier for you to install the E3 flasher with the CECH-25xxA or CECH-25xxB series, assuming your model is E3 flasher compatible and can be downgraded.
Basically, use a pair of pliers to bend the metal flange of the fan assembly upwards to give more room for your E3 flasher clip.
Pro tip: Make sure to shave down both sides of the E3 flasher to make it easier to make full contact of all pins of the NOR chip.

Todays tutorial goes over the tail end process of the E3 flasher process where we install the rebug firmware and how to finish. Think of it as a quick refresher tutorial video, if you will. So this assumes you just finished jailbreaking your PS3 with the E3 flasher and flashed over a good dump, but you are nervous about next steps.
Then this video continues from there. After I install rebug 4.81.2 REX, I proceed to install the rebug toolbox, convert to DEX, install some homebrew apps, and do some webman settings. This is how I prepare my jailbreak consoles, so hopefully my process will help you guys out!
Note: My system was already 4.81 OFW before I patched it with the E3 flasher.
