The benefits of hair steaming are extensive - better conditioner penetration for more moisturized hair, reduced dry scalp (and dandruff), better shine. less tangles and overall simply healthier hair.

Especially important during the drying colder winter months to help retain moisture. I do this as needed depending on the condition of my hair during the winter or if I'm going to do a protective style for an extensive period of time
