For MacOS users: the ExtraContent directory is at /Applications/Roblox.app/Contents/Resources (Right Click / Control+Click Roblox.app, then click "Show Package Contents" to open it)
The GlobalSettingsFolder is inside of /Users/{your username}/Library/Roblox (Press ⌘+J at the same time, and check "Show Library Folder" to show the Library folder)

For Linux users: I can't seem to overwrite the Font through Sober yet for some reason. But if it works, you put the ExtraContent folder inside of ~/.var/app/org.vinegarhq.Sober/data/sober/asset_overlay, and recreate the directory just like I did in the Bloxstrap / Fishstrap section of the video (04:04)
