Look down, press +use once, thats it. Extremely easy.
If you don't know how to bind keys, or know what +use is, google it, we're not tech support.
There's a lot of vids of this already on youtube, but I couldn't find any showing how it looks from the outside, or any that would tell you how in the description, so I made this quick thing.
I should also point out I did not discover this, but I saw no other videos that show it using the +use method, and none just flat out tell you how to do it in the description.
