How did she get here? It began with a Cambridge University education, then 10 years interviewing children with BBC Radio. All the while, Sarah was searching for answers to life’s deepest questions, a quest that led her to 22 years of training with Chinese energy masters, and then teaching energy work herself. And now she’s an author and educator who brings relaxation, common sense and transformative practices to her work.
She trains leaders in inner mastery so they create a greater impact, through her books, courses, and workshops. She lives with her husband, Niko, on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
