Heat Pressing a sublimation project is easy with the right tools and a home iron or heat press. Anything that has at least a 80% polyester coating or blend can be heat pressed with sublimation markers. Keep the heat press or iron at 400 degrees F. For a heat press you are going to set it for 90 seconds. For an iron it will be three minutes with firm constant pressure.
