Living in the present moment can be really hard, at least for me. It is challenging not to think about what you are supposed to do, your exams after Christmas, what somebody might think of you because you hung your shower towel and stuff on the kitchen chair and left it there for the Christmas party, whatever it is, it can be distracting us from really enjoying the moment God has given us and we get the chance to live in. Each moment is a gift and we have to remember all the blessings in our life. We can be grateful for everything in our lives. The present is a wonderful gift! It only comes once so enjoy it! I challenge you guys to sit down for at least five minutes or a day or just while you are in a moment you love, pause and soak it all in. Take in all the sounds, taste, and smells and be grateful you get to live in that moment. You will be surprised how awesome it becomes and it will change your view on things.
Bonus Challenge: Text or at least 3 people a merry Christmas hello or note that you think would not be expecting it! Send joy to everybody! You might make there day!
