In this video I show you how to take a free top pattern & hack it into a tiered dress. I've used the Ruffle sleeve top & swapped out the facings for bias binding. I've added 2 tiers to this version but you can make a maxi version too by adding an extra tier, I also show you how to add pockets & a tie belt. I have extra videos to support some of the techniques if you need more in depth details.
