Ever posted something that you were super happy with, you were proud, you had spent hours, days or even months working on it, maybe even drop a bit (or a lot) of cash on it.... and then someone says "You didn't do that right"?

Sound familiar? Has it happened to you?
Unfortunately, it happens to all of us at one point or another (and unintentionally we too may have given people some advide they didn't actually ask for).

This is how I deal with it and how I think is the best way to be mindful when giving advice.
