Today's video is about Warren Rustands organization method. This revolves around staying one step ahead of things so that you manage to plan as well as possible in advance and on spot.
Roles and Goals play an important factor. The main focus here is on prioritization and what needs to be prioritized in the first place. In the last few years, I have always liked not to plan everything through, so that I still have some free space, but I noticed that other people then planned these free spots for me.
In order to still find time for meetings or calls with fully planned days, good communication is especially important.
