Want your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra to remind you to work out if you're not exercising at your scheduled workout time?
The Exercise encouragement routine in Modes and routines can check your exercise status at a scheduled time and show a notification if you're not exercising.
How to set it up
- Open Settings.
- Tap Modes and routines.
- Tap Discover.
- Scroll down to Advanced routines.
- Tap Exercise encouragement.
- Review or change the scheduled time and days. By default, the routine is scheduled for 8 PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but you can change this to match your own workout schedule.
- Review or customize the notification message.
- Tap Save.
- If your exercise status is not exercising when the scheduled time arrives, the routine can show a notification such as: "Time for a workout!"
