You can get to World Tier 4 in Diablo 4 Season 4 very fast by doing the following

1. Grouping
2. Using Elixir and Seasonal XP boost, start on World Tier 2
3. Running Helltides for 55 mins
4. Forget Dungeons, aspects and everything else except Legion
5. Spend nothing on your Character in WT1&2 save for WT3 and WT4
6. Capstone to WT3 - ASAP circa level 35-40
7. Spend Obols to get instant Sacred gear in WT3 and imprint key aspects
8. Legion/Stongholds if not strong
9. But get back to 55 min Helltide runs
10. Focus on Whispers in Helltides
11. Save Helltide chests till end of run for more XP
12. WT4 Capstone after 50 as you then have paragon points
13. At WT4 spend obols and imprint again for Sacred gear (level 55 plus)
