Where to get TM70 Flash
From Oreburgh Town go to the western exit. This will lead you to oreburgh gate. Head west until you are about halfway through the cave, there is a path leading north. Follow the path and use rock smash on the rocks that are blocking your path. Head east down the stairs. Follow the path and take the first easten path, use rock smash to the two rocks in your way. Then drop down the ledge to the area with the pokeball. That pokeball contains the TM.
