FAQ:

Q: boot.elf does not show in the list of games!
A: This is because I forgot to mention that Dolphin needs to have the directory set to where the projectm folder is. You can do this by going to Options - Configure and looking for the Paths tab.
Make sure that the directory looks something like this, /Dolphin/Wii/projectm

Q: When I try to start up boot.elf, it shows the normal Gecko OS screen.
A: This is because I ALSO forgot to mention that in Options-
