How I built up a Catch Combo for SHINY Bulbasaur in Pokemon Let's GO Pikachu & Eevee. Long story short is getting a catch combo to 11 is a SLOW start but once your catch combo is at 12 you will basically see Bulbasaur all the time. At that point just encounter it and keep catching Bulbasaur until a SHINY Bulbasaur spawns in Viridian Forest. youtu.be/qDR9O4L1deg
